The Philadelphia Flyers needed a dose of good news before tonight’s game against the Winnipeg Jets. Of course, by now everyone knows the orange and black haven’t scored a goal in the last 159 minutes. Well, they received a dose of good fortune from Head Coach Dave Hakstol, as he tells reporters young phenom Nolan Patrick will be in the lineup tonight.
This young stud has been out of the lineup since October 24. However, with the offense struggling to find its identity the past few games. His return is a welcome blessing. Patrick has registered 1 goal, 2 assists, and is plus 2 on the season.
Patrick likely returns as a third line center. I will not speculate on lines for tonights matchup, so all I can say is Let’s go Flyers.
