The Eagles had a well deserved day off yesterday now that the opening week of Training Camp is in the books. Well when I say Eagles, I mean most of them. Newly signed wide receiver Alshon Jeffery spent his day grinding with personal trainer, Steven Whitehead.

This isn’t the first time that Jeffery has gone above and beyond to get some extra work in.

It may not seem like much, but it’s exciting to see such a strong work ethic from Jeffery. The former Chicago Bear has done nothing but impress coaches and media alike during practices since arriving in the City of Brotherly Love, and it’s easy to see why. Not only is he incredibly athletic and building a strong rapport with Carson Wentz, but his work ethic is something that will only see those traits grow between now and the start of the regular season.
