Giants interviewed OC Ben McAdoo yesterday. McAdoo in Philly tomorrow.
Next up for NYG: Spags, Adam Gase, Doug Marrone, Sean McDermott, TBD— Art Stapleton (@art_stapleton) January 6, 2016
The Giants Offensive coordinator has already interviewed for the vacant position in New York and will travel to Philadelphia to interview for the HC position tomorrow.
From outside the looking glass, it would be hard to say that both of the Giants coordinators didn’t have a knock on effect in the firing of Tom Coughlin but the 38-year old has a great relationship with Eli Manning, making him the favourite from within the organisation to replace Coughlin in New York.
Giants owner John Mara claimed in an interview to nydailynews:
“I think (McAdoo) has proven himself to be a very good teacher and has a very good handle on our offense,” Mara said. “I think he communicates very well. I think he shows some leadership skills. I think he has some good qualities.”
