The Eagles and Giants rivalry is often an intense affair, but there is no place in the NFL for hits like that of what Sam Bradford suffered on Monday Night.
Defensive Lineman Damontre Moore has been fined $20,000 according to NJ.com for this dump tackle on Sam Bradford during a third-and-10 situation early on.

The penalty for roughing the passer would turn out to be costly for the Giants as the Eagles marched down the field with their new found first down with Bradford able to find Riley Cooper for a touchdown.
Moore admitted in the article with NJ.Com that the move could be put down to a “low football IQ”, but it isn’t the first time his bad decision making has got the better of him. Moore now has three penalty this season, the most of any Giants Lineman and his reckless play saw him take just 19 snaps on Monday Night.
For the Eagles, justice has been served and it sends a message that these kind of hits are simply not tolerable..but it does bring up a debate on the Suggs hit in pre-season and how that was handles…
