BREAKING: Eagles will definitely play Redskins on Sunday

The Philadelphia Eagles week four game against the  Washington Redskins has been under a lot of doubt recently due to the threat of Hurricane Joquain. With fans having mixed reviews on the potential solutions and consequences, it looks as though the game will go ahead as scheduled, at 1PM on October 4th at FedEx Field.

NFL insider for CBS Jason La Canfora tweeted the following a few moments ago.

The plan appears to be that the game will go ahead at FedEx field but there have been talks about the game being played in D.C. Regardless of where the game is going to take place, it’s almost certain that the game will be played as scheduled with both teams being notified.

Chip Kelly also said the following in a press conference prior to the tweet. “We’re preparing to play on Sunday. But we haven’t been told anything definitive” The signs are definitely encouraging.

In other small news, DeMarco Murray returned to full practice today for the first time since his hamstring injury, but his status for the weekend remains an unknown as of right now.
