With OTA’s completed, The Philadelphia Eagles are set to begin their annual three-day mandatory minicamp very soon. The minicamp marks the last of Philadelphia’s spring workouts meaning that following the completion of minicamp, the team won’t practice together again until Eagles Training Camp begins in August.
Despite these sessions being mandatory, the minicamp doesn’t make a huge difference for the Eagles, since most players were already attending. The big exception being Evan Mathis, who was released just days ago.
The question on everyones lips is how Sam Bradford performs following recovery from his ACL injury. In the last OTA sessions he began to take a lot more snaps and play a much larger role. He went from not participating in any team drills whatsoever to playing in 7-on-7 but is yet to join in on 11-on-11 action. Will we finally get to see the new QB in full action this week?
Here’s how the schedule looks for the birds:
Monday, June 15th – Physicals take place, no workouts or practice.
Tuesday, June 16th – Mandatory Minicamp
Wednesday June 17th – Mandatory Minicamp
Thursday, June 18th – Mandatory Minicamp
Friday, June 19th – Off day. End of Minicamp
