USWNT is leading the charge in Women’s World Cup Odds

USA+250
Spain+350
England+600
Germany+600
Australia+1000
France+1600

A strong start for the USWNT means that they are currently the leading favorites to win the Women’s World Cup in 2023. If they’re able to pull this off, it would be the fifth time since the tournament’s inception in 1991 that the Women’s team has lifted the grandest prize in their sport. They are the defending champions and showed every intent to retain their title with a big win over Vietnam.

Spain are a close second after an impressive 3-0 win over Costa Rica, while a Georgia Stanway penalty against Haiti lifted the Euro 2022 champions to their first win of the campaign. England find themselves in a group with Denmark, who are likely to be their biggest threats.

Germany also sit at +600 after demolishing Morocco 6-0 in their opening fixture.

If you are looking to bet on the USWNT, now may be a good time. They’ve actually won their last 16 games in all competitions and have brought a youth-infused side to this tournament, with SIX players making their World Cup debuts in their opening win over Vietnam. There’s a lot of hype around the ability and potential this team possesses and a Sophia Smith brace is certainly one way to build confidence. If they win their second match in similar fashion, those odds could plummet.
