Chargers vs Jaguars: The Los Angeles Chargers limp into a clash with the Jacksonville Jaguars this weekend with the consequences of a grueling week 18 loss hanging over them. If they’re not at 100% will they be able to get past Doug Pederson’s tricky Jacksonville Jaguars?

There are plenty of lenses to view this weekend through from a betting perspective, but building a Parlay is where the fun really lies. This 18 +1900 Same Game Parlay looks like great value going into Saturday’s game.

DeAndre Carter OVER 29.5 receiving yards

The Jags have the 25th-ranked pass defense in the NFL and the Chargers could be without Mike Williams after being injured in a meaningless Week 18 game.

If that’s the case, the Jags would be smart to bracket Keenan Allen, giving DeAndre Carter some favorable matchups. I think he should be able to comfortably get over 30 yards this weekend.

Christian Kirk OVER 64.5 receiving yards

Christian Kirk’s 57.5 number this weekend is lower than his average of 65 yards per game. If Vegas is predicting an average day at the office, there’s definitely value here.

Trevor Lawrence will be making his playoff debut and likely look to target his most comfortable pair of hands to get rid of any jitters. Kirk leads the Jags with a 23% target share and I think as a result he should see plenty of the ball on Saturday.

Trevor Lawrence UNDER 274 Passing Yards

This is simply a case of following a game script. The Chargers are going to have to establish a lead early and score pretty routinely if they are to get past a dynamic Jags offense.

On the other side of the field, Trevor Lawrence has a strong rushing attack at his disposal. Not only will running the ball keep the Chargers off the field, it keeps the pressure off of a young QB in his playoff debut. The Jags would be wise to focus on establishing the run here.

Justin Herbert OVER 279.5 Passing Yards

As a complimentary selection, we know that the Jags have a poor pass defense and Justin Herbert is going to have to be at his best. Expect aggression from the Chargers, especially if the Jags try and play keepaway. A 300+ yard game isn’t out of the question for the former Offensive Rookie of the Year.

Los Angeles Chargers OVER 21.5 points

This is a pretty easy pick given the recent run of selections made. The Chargers should be able to comfortably put up 21 points against the Jaguars, who are allowing 20.6 per game in the regular season.
