The Phillies have been red hot through the month of June and are 8-2 in their last 10. They send Zach Eflin and his 3.98 ERA to the mound today, however, he has a 7.31 ERA on the road. Given how explosive the Phils offense can be and the fact that the Nats have this strange ability to put up a ton of base hits without being able to convert them to runs, this could be a favorable spot to take the over.
