History

The rivals have faced each other 118 times in the regular season and four times in the postseason. The Eagles are 1-3 in the postseason versus the Cowboys and are 52-66 in the regular season.

Eagles Predictions

Rookies have made their first career starts in an Eagles game 16 times. The last to do that? Brandon Weeden in 2012 when the Browns and Eagles opened the 2012 season. Those rookies are 7-9 in those games. I mention this because I haven’t even written about Ben DiNucci, the rookie making his first start of his career on Sunday for the Cowboys. The Cowboys defense is absolutely atrocious and the Eagles are getting healthy at the right time. Wentz threw for 359 yards last week, his third 350+ game of his career. Look for him to add a fourth such game. Eagles win 31-17 and go into the bye healthier and a game and a half up in first place.

  • Rodgers: 4 rec 50 yards 1 TD
  • #47: NOT PLAYING
