Well, that didn’t take long. The NFL have implemented rigorous testing for coronavirus as Training Camps across the league open, and it’s a good job too. Three Eagles players have already been placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list.

Franchise right tackle Lane Johnson released a statement reassuring fans that he is fighting fit and ready to return as soon as possible after contracting the virus.

For fans, this is obviously concerning. It’s not really fair to speculate on which players have the virus and which ones don’t, but the good news is that this was picked up on very early – day two into Training Camp. Players will remain on the list until medically cleared to return.
