Philly College Hoops Viewing Guide for Conference Tournaments

It’s almost time for March Madness, which means the conference tournaments are in full swing to see who will make the field of 68.

Here is a viewing guide for the Philly College basketball teams for conference tournament week

Temple: The Owls will head to Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, TX to take on SMU in the  first round of the American Athletic Conference on Thursday March 12 at 8PM Eastern on ESPNU. If the Owls win, they will take on Houston in the quarterfinals on March 13 at 7:30 PM on ESPNU

Villanova: The Wildcats will take on the Winner of DePaul vs Xavier in the Quarterfinals of the Big East Tournament on March 12 at 7PM on FS1 from Madison Square Garden in New York, If Villanova gets moves on, they would head to the Semifinals on March 13 at 9PM on FS1 against the Winner of Seton Hall vs Marquette

LaSalle: The Explorers will take on Davidson in the second round of the Atlantic 10 Tournament on March 12 at 6PM on NBCSN from Barclays Center in Brooklyn NY. If LaSalle wins they would take on Richmond in the Quarterfinals on March 13 at 6PM on NBCSN

Saint Josephs: The Hawks will open the Atlantic 10 Tournament when they battle George Mason on March 11 at 1PM on ESPN+ from Barclays Center in Brooklyn NY. If the Hawks wins, they will move to the second round to battle St. Bonaventure on March 12 at 2:30 PM on NBCSN

Penn State: The Nittany Lions will take on the Winner of Indiana/Nebraska on March 12 at 9PM on Big Ten Network in the Second round of the Big Ten Tournament from Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. If Penn State wins, they would take on Maryland in the Quarterfinals on March 13 at 9PM on Big Ten Network

Penn: The Quakers were to take on Yale in the Ivy League Semifinals from Harvard on March 14 but on March 10, the Ivy League would announce that they would cancel the entire tournament over health concerns of the Coronavirus.

Drexel: The Dragons season came to end on March 8 when they lost to Hofstra in the Quarterfinals of the CAA Tournament down in Washington DC.
