Well this is something I never thought I’d report on. According to Broncos Beat writer Mike Klis and NFL Insider Ian Rapoport, the Broncos have made a surprising move in a search to find Peyton Manning’s replacement.
The #Broncos have traded for #Eagles QB Mark Sanchez in exchange for a 2017 conditional pick, source said (@MikeKlis on it 1st)

I think it’s safe to assume that Mark Sanchez will not be the starting Quarterback of the Denver Broncos next year, but there is no reason why he can’t be a solid backup for whoever John Elway hands the reigns to.
For the Eagles, they receive a conditional 7th round pick in the 2017 NFL Draft and free up the backup Quarterback spot which will be filled by Chase Daniel.
The likelihood of Mark Sanchez either being cut or traded went from likely to imminent once it was announced that Chase Daniel had been signed, but another important factor to remember here is the salary cap. The Eagles will save $4.5M by trading Sanchez.
Sanchez ended his span in Philadelphia with 18 touchdowns and 15 interceptions for 3,034 yards in a total of 13 games.
