Lane Johnson with potential MCL Sprain, expects to play Sunday

Lane Johnson left Sundays game with the Redskins early with what looked to be a leg injury. An Offensive line which is already without Andrew Gardner may well have to go into week five without Lane Johnson either who is set to have an MRI tomorrow on his left knee.

According to NJ.Com who broke the story,  Johnson may well have re-sprained his MCL. He told the site that he will go for an MRI tomorrow but believed he could well have re-sprained the ligament. However, the Offensive lineman remained optimistic when discussing playing in week five.

If Johnson doesn’t return, the Eagles will be dangerously thin on an underperforming Offensive Line. Expect Chip Kelly to address the situation on Tuesday.
