Eagles reportedly sign Villanova Running Back Kevin Monangai

The Philadelphia Eagles off-season moves may not be over just yet. According to an instagram post by former Villanova Running Back Kevin Monangai, the Eagles may have expanded to yet another running back. The Eagles roster was already at 90 prior to the supposed move so it would mean releasing another player to make room.

Philadelphia did express their interest in the 5-8 running back prior to the 2015 NFL Draft and he did attend the local prospect workout day before joining the team in rookie minicamp. However, Monangai went undrafted and it appears that the birds were not ready to let him slip under the radar.

Monangai rushed for 3,167 yards, scoring 29 touchdowns. If the move takes place, he will become the 7h running back on the roster.
