The Eagles may have defeated the Giants today, but it wasn’t plain sailing. They gave up over 400 passing yards to Eli Manning and that was the first time the Giants QB has thrown for that many since the two teams clashed in December of 2014. Factor in 29 points and a slew of penalties and it didn’t exactly paint a promising picture now that the team have secured a first-round bye. For one Dallas Cowboys wide receiver, the moment was too good to pass on.

Brice Butler, who has one more reception this year than the Eagles have wins, decided to take to Twitter and voice his opinion on the win. Butler is out this weekend with a foot injury and after a hot start to the season, things began to dip. With 207 receiving yards and two scores in his first five games this season, he’s received for only 60 yards since and has been plagued by drops. If you’re Fletcher Cox however, you don’t even need any of that information to hand out a Twitter choke slam.

O u c h.

And the award for Tweet of the week goes to…Mr Fletcher Cox.

The duo will square off in week 17, so long as Butler is healthy…adding even more spice to the rivalry matchup that has the tables flipped from where they were positioned one year ago. Don’t ever change, Fletcher.
